Our Secretary, Valerie Sarratt, and Vice Chair Technology/SMM, Keiki Stacy Weigle are working to make things as easy and automated as possible for our PCO’s, Project Leads, sub-committees, general membership and board officers.
Valerie found a fantastic event scheduling tool called SignUpGenius for volunteers, which launched today with the schedule for our booth at the Okanogan County Fair.
Keiki has now integrated our various mailing lists into one and is using MailChimp for our newsletter and various mailings. She’s updated the website here too so that you can see live feeds from our public Facebook page and Twitter profile.
We’ll be bringing in additional technoogy in the future to help our entire membership with a variety of projects, including PCO areas/assignments, project management and calendars to plan ahead.
